18 Mountain Lions named to GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll

Eighteen Young Harris College women's lacrosse student-athletes have been named to the 2023 Gulf South Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.

The Spring Academic Honor Roll recognizes all student-athletes at each Gulf South institution who had a grade-point average of 3.00 or higher. The Mountain Lions are an affiliate member of the GSC for only women's lacrosse.

Of the 18 named to the Academic Honor Roll, Emily Flynt was also named to the GSC Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Team.

The Spring All-Academic teams were selected the GSC's sports information directors and faculty athletic representatives in a joint vote. Nominated student-athletes must have an overall G.P.A. of 3.20 or better on a 4.0 scale for their entire athletics career and may not be freshman or first-semester or quarter transfers. The student-athletes must be a significant contributor to the squad.
