Brasstown Ringers At The Folk School

Come ring in the season with us and enjoy a selection of festive holiday music showcasing the beauty and versatility of English Handbells. Performance starts at 4:45 p.m. in the Keith House Community Room. This event is part of our special Holiday in the Mountains week.

Brasstown Ringers is an advanced handbell group for the ringer who likes a “bit of a challenge” in their life.

The group is based in Brasstown, NC and comes from southwestern NC, northern GA and western TN to practice 1-2 times a week. Brasstown Ringers make eight appearances per year, four during the Christmas season and four in the springtime. It was founded in 1992 and is still directed by Pat Meinecke.
