Clay County GOP Fall Picnic and Candidate's rally

The Clay County Republican Party will host its 2022 Fall Picnic and Candidates Rally on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 12:30 PM, at the Lion’s Club Pavilion in the Clay County Recreational Park on Lake Chatuge. Open to all Republicans and unaffiliated voters, various Republican office holders and candidates for offices in the 2022 elections are scheduled to meet everyone and speak to the group. US House of Representatives District 11 candidate Chuck Edwards will be the keynote speaker.

The Clay County GOP will provide barbeque sandwiches and attendees are invited to bring a covered dish or dessert to share.

In addition to the Candidates Rally, we will draw the winners of our rifle raffle during the event. You still have time to enter the raffle through Friday, September 16 at the GOP headquarters on the square in Hayesville. You do not have to be present at the picnic to win.

There will also be a silent auction fundraiser with a great variety of items donated by generous local supporters of Clay County conservatives.
