Details in Idaho Murder Arrest

Court documents released earlier this week show police seized knives and a handgun during a search of the Idaho murder suspect’s parents’ home in Pennsylvania. Other items taken include gloves, black face masks, dark clothing, laptops, shoes, an underlined criminology book, and more.
Bryan Kohberger, a criminology doctoral student at Washington State University, is accused of stabbing four University of Idaho students to death Nov. 13 and is facing four counts of first-degree murder and a felony burglary charge (see previous write-up). Also seized was a white 2015 Hyundai Elantra seen in surveillance footage near the crime scene. Officials took various parts, fibers, and swabs from the vehicle. See the documents here.
The court order prohibits officials from commenting beyond referencing the public records. A preliminary probable cause hearing is scheduled to begin June 26.
