Fall Festival underway at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds

The leaves are changing, a sure sign that it's time for the annual Fall Festival at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Running from Thursday, Oct. 6 through Saturday, Oct. 15, the festival offers the traditional attractions as well and new adventures this year.

The nine-day event features arts and craft vendors, educational demonstrations and exciting music performances.

New for 2022, enjoy carnival rides from Midway Rides Unlimited. Festival goers can take advantage of a dozen rides including a carousel, ferris wheel, bumper cars and more. Rides that both adults & the kids plus fair food, games, and more.

Gate admission is $12 with free parking on the facility grounds. The midway will be open at 5 p.m. on weekdays, noon on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday.
