GOP Christmas Party Date Set

Once again, the Clay GOP will hold its annual Christmas Party and Banquet at the Hinton Center, on Friday, December 8, 2023. This year's festivities will include the "White Elephant" gift exchange, hosted by Linda Westergard. Please bring a "unique" gift (under $25 maximum value) that is funny, useful, or otherwise notable. The fun begins when the gift "swapping" starts!

As with all civic organizations, our volunteers are an integral part of our success. Last year the Joel Mayo Volunteer Award was created to recognize and honor the Clay County GOP Volunteer of the Year at the annual Christmas Party. Accordingly, this year’s recipient will be revealed and presented with the award as a part of the evening’s festivities.

Tickets to the Christmas Party/Banquet are for sale at the Clay GOP HQ, in the Creekside Shopping Plaza on Highway 69, located between Anejoles and Heather's Dog Grooming Salon. Cost is $30.00 per person, and includes the meal of grilled chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, apple cobbler, and beverage. Seating is limited, so everyone is encouraged to stop by the HQ and purchase tickets prior to the December 1 deadline.
