GOP monthly meeting returns to Senior Center

The Clay County Republican Party will host its August monthly meeting on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 6:30 PM, at the Clay County Senior Center.
There will be light refreshments, snacks, and desserts at 6:30 PM, with the meeting starting at 7:00 PM (you are encouraged to bring a covered dish, snack, or dessert to share).
The program for the meeting will feature a discussion of recent "ground-breaking" US Supreme Court decisions., including the Dobbs abortion case, the Bruen Second Amendment case, and other decisions. Led by Larry J. Ford, Vice-Chair and General Counsel for the Clay County GOP, the presentation will focus on constitutional aspects of these decisions and the likely impact on the 2022 and 2024 elections.
