JULY GOP MEETING TO FEATURE“STATE OF THE COUNTY ” ADDRESS BY CLAY COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIR

The Clay County Republican Party will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday evening, July 18, 2024, upstairs in the Community Services Building at 6:30 pm.  The meeting is open to all Clay County Republicans and unaffiliated voters.  Light refreshments, snacks, and desserts will begin the evening and attendees are encouraged to bring a covered dish, snack, or dessert to share. The business meeting will follow at 7:00 PM.

This month’s meeting will feature Dr. Rob Peck, Chairman of the Clay County Board of Commissioners, who will deliver his annual "State of the County" address.  Topics will include the recently adopted County Budget for Fiscal Year 2025, the County Tax Rate (Millage Rate), future County projects, and overall accomplishments of the Board of Commissioners over the past year.

Please join us for this informative presentation and stay up to date with the on-going progress, projections, and management of your Clay County tax dollars.
