Press Release
On Thursday evening, May 16th, at 6 p.m. the Clay County Republican Party hosts its 5th annual "Law Enforcement Appreciation Night" at the Lions Club Pavilion on Lake Chatuge in the Clay County Rec Park off Myers Chapel Road.
Be sure to mark this event for your attendance as we once again distinguish Republicans from the Democrats by honoring our local Law Enforcement Officers from the Clay County Sheriff's Office, our local Highway Patrol Troopers, and other LEOs serving locally.
The Clay County GOP and donors will furnish BBQ for this event. Please help us honor our local Law Enforcement Officers by bringing side dishes and desserts to share.
Luke Silver, from 11th District Congressman Chuck Edwards' Office, will join us to honor our LEOs.
We are also encouraging the Officers to bring their families, so we will have games available at the Pavilion to help entertain the kids.
The Lions Club Pavilion is located at 492 Clay Recreation Park Road, Hayesville, NC 28904, off of Myers Chapel Road.
