The NFCA announced 7,527 softball players across six different membership divisions who earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2021-22 academic year. The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories.

To be named to the NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Team, they must have a 3.5 or better grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.

Three student-athletes - Morgan Curley, Sam Davis and Karah Straub - are repeat selections as they were named to the 2020-21 team.
