Mountain Lions conclude season at Conference Tournament

The Young Harris College Volleyball team fell 3-2 (25-18, 25-19, 12-25, 20-25, 16-14) to Barton College Sunday (Nov. 12) afternoon at Pearl Moore Basketball Center. The Mountain Lions finish the 2023 season with a 10-17 overall record and a 7-10 conference record.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Lily Hidalgo (21), Nicole Klucharich (12), and Shelby Mullins (10) led YHC in kills.

• Joha Bernis (2), Lyza Thigpen (2), and Hidalgo (1) led in service aces.

• Mullins (9), Hidalgo (3), and Sophie Bearden (3) led in blocks.

• Thigpen recorded 38 assists while Alex Boydstone dished out 15.

• Bernis led YHC in digs with 27.
