Mountain Lions end fall season at Currahee Collegiate

Young Harris College men's golf team concluded their 2022 fall season Tuesday (Oct. 25) at the McCoy-Wright Currahee Collegiate.
INSIDE THE ROPES:
The Mountain Lions finished the 54-hole event in 14th place with a score of 908. Young Harris concluded its second round that was suspended due to darkness a day earlier with a score of 306 and followed it up with its low round of the tournament at 294 on the par 72, 7,513-yard Currahee Golf Club.
Laurens Schulze-Doering posted rounds of 74 and 72 to finish in a tie for 21st place at 220.
Jake Wehunt had scores of 77 and 73 to tie for 47th place at 229, while Ruben Lindstrom had scorecards of 81 and 73 and finished in a tie for 54th at 232.
Isak Ljungkvist had back-to-back scores of 79 and finished in a tie for 62nd at 235, while Will Ranieri carded back-to-back rounds of 76 and came in a tie for 69th at 237.
