Senate Candidate Ted Budd to Visit Clay County GOP HQ on Monday, May 2nd

The Clay County Republican Party will host US Senate GOP Candidate Ted Budd at the Party Headquarters on Monday, May 2nd, at 5:45 p.m. for a "Meet & Greet" with the Candidate. Commissioner Clay Logan will act as MC for the event. The Clay County GOP HQ is located at 54 Church Street on the "Historic Square" in downtown Hayesville.
The Budd Campaign forwarded the following announcement:
"Ted is a conservative fighter, small business owner, and family man who lives on the same farm where he grew up in rural Davie County. Ted grew up on a cattle and commercial chicken farm in rural Davie County. His parents were small business owners, and from an early age, Ted learned that hard work, family, and faith are the building blocks to success. Ted still lives on that farm today with his wife and three kids.
A graduate of Appalachian State University, Ted earned a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University where he was recognized as Mentor of the Year. He and Amy Kate both earned Masters degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary to acquire a Biblical lens for all of life.
