On Friday, May 13, Towns County Sheriff’s Office joined the Georgia State Patrol, North Carolina State Patrol, and Tennessee State Patrol; along with several Sheriff’s offices and Police departments in McCayesville, GA.
The meeting was for Hands Across the Border, which was organized by the Georgia Department of Highway Safety, with these jurisdictions working together as a show of solidarity to keep our highways and communities safe.
Sheriff Ken Henderson is pleased to support the Georgia Office of Highway Safety in keeping our community safe with these proactive approaches.
