INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
The Mountain Lions got all the runs they would need in the fifth. Hannah Rizzuto started the rally with a one-out walk before pinch hitter Shelby Duncan stroked a two-run homer to center field to give YHC a 2-0 lead. It was her second long ball of the season.
Young Harris added an unearned run later in the inning. Bailee Brown reached on a two-out error before Grace Young knocked her in with a double to right-center field.
Kylie Ferguson (6-13) earned the complete-game win. She allowed just one run as she scattered four hits and struck out two.
Young Harris collected five hits with Young getting two of them.
