Back-to-School Event at Reach Thrift Store Supports Students

Murphy, NC – As the new school year approaches, the Reach Thrift Store is hosting a special back-to-school event on Thursday, August 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1980 W US Highway 64. The event aims to support students with essential supplies, resources, and more.

The first 100 kids will receive free school supplies, while underwear and socks will be distributed throughout the day. Resource tables will also be available to provide additional support. In addition, the Reach Thrift Store will host a $5 bag sale all day, offering great deals to help families prepare for the school year.
