Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in Locating Missing Man

MURPHY, N.C. — The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Christopher Sheehan, who was last seen around noon on July 9, 2025, at his residence in the Wolf Creek Community of Cherokee County, North Carolina.

Sheehan was last observed driving a white 2016 Nissan Rogue, similar to stock images provided by the sheriff’s office, bearing North Carolina registration plate VEM-7330.
