Clay County Gears Up for Southern Rock Concert Featuring Hush Money

HAYESVILLE, NC – The Clay County Communities Revitalization Association will host its next Concert on the Square this Friday, July 18, 2025, featuring Georgia’s premier Southern Rock and Outlaw Country band, Hush Money. The event, set to take place in downtown Hayesville, promises an evening of high-energy music, local food, and community spirit.


Hush Money, a four-piece band known for its unique blend of Southern Rock, Outlaw Country, and blues, features three lead vocalists and a dynamic sound that has captivated audiences across the Southeast and the UK. With two full-length albums, Industry Standard (2022) and Go Back Home (2024), along with two EPs, Vol. 1 (2016) and Vol. 2 (2018), the band is a rising force in the Southern music scene.


Food and beverage vendors, including Hayesville Q, American Legion Auxiliary, Papa Kash, Sunny Sips, Nocturnal Brewing, and Shooting Creek Vines, will serve attendees starting at 6 p.m., setting the stage for a vibrant evening. The concert is part of a series supported by local sponsors, including Highway 69 Storage, Edward Jones Financial Advisor Jodi Sullivan, The Richard Kelley Group, Rotary Club of Lake Chatuge, Historic Hayesville, Inc., Clay County Historical and Arts Society, and the American Legion.
