Clay County Tractor Club Raffles Vintage Tractor for Scholarship Fund

CLAY COUNTY – The Clay County Tractor Club is hosting a raffle to support the Dwight Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund, offering a chance to win a fully restored 1951 Ford 8N tractor.
