Post-Match Quotes
Head Coach Keidane McAlpine
On the team’s performance…
"It still wasn't our best, but I liked the way we figured it out. We were trying to figure it out, and I still think we were probably a little sluggish with everything we had from the last weekend. At the end of the day, we found a way to score, we found a way to put two on the board, we found a way to keep a shutout. It really was just a must-win for us to create momentum, and it was good to win."

On scoring her first career goal…
"I think it was just really surreal for me because it was my first game. I've been working on being consistent in practice with everything I do. I think seeing those results actually show on the field with the help of my teammates and coaches - I'm just really excited."

On her performance…
"I think my performance was better than then last one. I think we all came together as a team to get this win because we all knew we had to dig deep to get the win. They were coming off a loss, too, so we just needed to get everything right to get the ball in the back of the neck."
