John C. Campbell Folk School to Host Creative Yard Sale

The John C. Campbell Folk School is gearing up for a unique yard sale on Saturday, June 28, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Festival Barn & Blacksmith Shop. This one-of-a-kind event invites the community to shop a variety of gently used items, including studio equipment, tools, tech, office supplies, and dining hall gear, perfect for artists, makers, thrifters, and Folk School enthusiasts.

Highlights include warping boards, mini looms, weaving supplies, clay tools, hand tools, blacksmithing and woodworking gear, printers, cameras, and more. Directional signs will guide visitors along Folk School Road. The morning will feature live music and a local food truck, adding to the treasure-hunting experience. All proceeds will support Folk School programs.
