A single-vehicle car crash on Saturday, June 21, 2025, left one person injured on Loving Road, within the response areas of Union County Volunteer Fire-Rescue Stations 4 and 13.
According to a social media post from Union County Volunteer Fire-Rescue Station 4, three volunteer firefighters from Station 4 and three from Station 13 responded to the scene. The vehicle’s position after the crash required firefighters to use forcible entry extrication tools to create an access point large enough to remove the sole occupant.
Due to the severity of the driver’s injuries, Union General EMS transported the victim to a landing zone at Volunteer Fire Station 7. From there, Erlanger Hospital’s Life Force 6 airlifted the patient to a more advanced care facility for further treatment.
No additional details about the cause of the crash or the condition of the injured person were provided in the post.
