On Monday, May 12, the Towns County Historical Society hosted a captivating evening with Mrs. Shirley Miller, who shared heartfelt stories of her life in Towns County. A packed audience listened as Miller recounted her experiences raising her children, working in and opening banks, owning her own business, and living alongside her late husband, former Georgia Governor Zell Miller. Her engaging tales of personal and professional triumphs resonated deeply with attendees.
